Join our dynamic team as a Customer Relations Consultant! We're looking for passionate individuals to engage with customers through inbound, outbound, and email channels. You'll be responsible for managing positive customer experiences, providing advice, resolving concerns, and maintaining detailed records.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound enquiries from customers.
Conduct outbound case-management calls.
Accurately capture data and case notes.
Participate in team meetings and coaching opportunities.
Key Skills and Capabilities:
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to articulate and convey information clearly and politely.
Proactive and adaptable to various work types.
Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
Hours:
Rotating shifts between 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
Flexibility to work between 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday as required by the business/client.
