About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Automation Engineer with expertise in end-to-end (E2E) testing to join our growing team. If you're passionate about implementing QA processes, testing strategies and enhancing test automation solutions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Test strategy and planning, regression testing and UAT, FE/BE testing, risk-based testing.
Investigate and report bugs, ensuring issues are documented clearly and followed up to resolution.
Working in Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to define test strategies and ensure product quality.
Design, develop, and maintain E2E automated test scripts using Robot Framework.
Ensure tests are integrated into continuous integration (CI) pipelines and regularly run in various environments.

Nice to Have:

Experience with accessibility testing.
Experience in mobile testing.
Familiarity with other modern testing frameworks and tools such as Cypress/Playwright.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Fluent in English language (German is a plus).
More than 4 years experience with Robot Framework or comparable E2E test automation frameworks.
Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or comparable languages.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs).
Experience with Visual regression testing.
Knowledge of test management tools like Jira, or similar platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Reliable and independent work style with cooperative attitude and customer focus
Ability to accommodate to change, be proactive and take initiative

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with accessibility testing tools such as Windows Narrator, NVDA.
