Sales & Lead Conversion
Conduct sales and demo calls with warm, inbound leads—no cold calling required.
Clearly articulate the value proposition to potential clients and guide them through the decision-making process.
Proactively follow up with prospects to ensure consistent engagement and deal closure.
Address financial concerns and business needs specific to real estate professionals to build trust and drive conversions.
Use video-based selling to create a strong rapport and enhance engagement.
Pipeline & Process Management
Manage and track leads through a CRM system, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
Analyze sales performance and refine follow-up strategies for maximum efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the sales process and improve conversion rates.
3+ years in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in real estate or a related industry.
Deep understanding of Realtors and their financial model—you know how they operate and what they value.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
Comfortable on video—you can confidently engage leads through virtual meetings.
Proven ability to close deals and handle objections effectively.
