We are a virtual first company and your primary work experience will be virtual / working from your home. Occasional travel to a physical office may be required to enhance working relationships, collaboration, design, strategy and alignment.
QAD is seeking Diamond Business Development Executive who will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth by supporting our Diamond Account Executives in managing and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will be a key contributor to building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
This role is fully remote, located in Poland.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate closely with the Diamond Account Executive to assist in the execution of account strategies and achieve sales targets.
Proactively identify and connect with new sites, divisions, and contacts within existing accounts to uncover new opportunities.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the Diamond Account Executive to foster relationships and drive sales.
Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns within your assigned account list to generate leads and promote product/service adoption.
Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other sales-related materials.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product/service offerings.
Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Bachelor’s in business, finance or computer science
3+ years of professional experience in business/sales development, inside sales or sales support roles, preferably in a B2B environment preferably in SaaS
Understanding of ERP, Supply Chain, Process Intelligence concepts will be of advantage
Proficiency in CRM software and Google Office Suite
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
Fluent English
