Are you ready to dive into the world of manufacturing innovation? Qualdoc is seeking a passionate Plastic Process Engineer to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA! In this role, you will be at the forefront of our injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion processes, turning your ideas into reality while optimizing production to reduce waste and improve performance. Your day-to-day will involve everything from conducting technical analysis to transforming existing workflows into efficient manufacturing processes. Enjoy the challenge of monitoring production, analyzing data, and implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to continuously enhance our operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll play a critical role in launching new products and training your colleagues with the latest best practices. We’re looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, alongside 3+ years in the plastics industry, preferably across all three molding processes. Bring your problem-solving skills, ERP system experience, and a passion for quality, as we'll need you to lead initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation.
