Revenue Enablement Operations Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Revenue Enablement Operations Manager  to oversee the strategies, tools, and processes that support the sales and revenue teams in achieving their goals. This role is crucial in aligning operations with business objectives, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the effective implementation of enablement initiatives.

 

Responsibilities

-Enablement Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement revenue enablement strategies to optimize sales processes and improve team performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish goals and metrics for revenue enablement initiatives.

-Process Optimization:

  • Analyze existing sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices for sales activities.

-Training and Support:

  • Create and deliver comprehensive training programs on tools, resources, and methodologies for sales and revenue teams.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure team members are equipped to meet performance goals.

-Tools and Technology Management:

  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Ensure that all teams have access to the necessary resources and support for productivity.

-Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
  • Generate reports and insights to inform leadership and guide decision-making.

-Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging and drive cohesive revenue strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships and communication across departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.    Preferred, but not required

-8+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue enablement, or a related field.

-Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.

-Proficiency in sales enablement tools (e.g., CRM software, sales analytics tools).

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
