Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

The Senior Wholesale Account Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new relationships with appropriate customers that meet company goals and objectives. They build relationships with current and new mortgage brokers and contact and solicit mortgage brokers and bankers regarding Quontic’s unique wholesale mortgage loan programs.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize a strong knowledge of the wholesale mortgage market to facilitate broker and banker sign-ups into Quontic’s broker-wholesale lending program.
  • Maintain sales contact database and send regular correspondence on programs and procedures to meet individual & team sales goals; inform brokers of changes and additions to the Bank’s products.
  • Develop and implement creative marketing ideas to effectively communicate the terms of the products to brokers and bankers.
  • Analyze and prequalify applicants to determine eligibility of the desired loan program.
  • Gather all initial documentation based on the selected loan program; facilitate accurate and thorough loan applications that comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); OR associate degree and two (2) years of experience in functional area; OR high school diploma (or equivalent) plus four (4) years of experience in functional area. 
  • Additional three (3) years+ of progressive experience in wholesale lending.

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Proven skills and experience with Wholesale Lending functions.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office 365 and the following technology: Encompass LOS.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of underwriting and/or closing procedures and regulations.
  • Willingness to pursue continuing education, certifications, etc. as applicable to advancing in the organization.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to speak confidently.
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities change daily, and where employees wear many hats.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to think "outside the box" and prioritize tasks and decisions in a timely manner.
  • Self-directed, yet effective working as part of a collaborative team.
  • Responsive and customer-focused with a demonstrated use of professional judgment.

Annual compensation potential of $40,000 - $170,000. This role is commission-only. Any salary range listed is for illustrative purposes only, and is based on personal production.
