​Join our Client & Sales team in Norway as our new Market Coordination Manger and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future. 

​Your new role 
​As our new Market Coordination Manager, you will be responsible for establishing the structure that enables growth and collaboration across various markets, ensuring that Ramboll's strategy and global initiatives are effectively adapted to the local setting. You will be part of our dedicated Client & Sales department, working closely with various teams to build robust frameworks and identify new opportunities for growth.  

​Your key responsibilities will be: 

  • ​​An organiser and a coordinator of all cross-market selling ​ 
  • ​Developing and organizing the structures that enable cross-market growth and collaboration. 
  • ​ Implementing Ramboll's strategic initiatives at a regional level to achieve local success.  
  • ​Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across various markets. 
  • ​Continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency. .
