As the Engineering Manager - Hardware, you will lead a team of passionate engineers in the design, development, and optimization of our next-generation products. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all hardware engineering projects from concept to production

  • Design, document, and develop optimized high-performance hardware systems
  • Oversee PCB layout, schematic capture, BOM creation, and library management
  • Ensure product quality through testing, debugging, and performance tuning
  • Support certification/approval processes (FCC, CE, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with software, product, and manufacturing teams
  • Resolve project roadblocks, manage evolving requirements, and maintain operational excellence
  • Provide guidance on technical priorities, timelines, and sprint goals

What We are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in hardware design, validation, and optimization
  • Proven leadership in managing and mentoring high-performing hardware teams
  • Strong experience with CPU and FPGA-based system design
  • High-speed digital board design experience (DDR3/DDR4, LVDS, MIPI, PCIe)
  • Proficiency in analog circuit design and simulation
  • Familiarity with VHDL/Verilog for FPGA logic design (a plus)
  • Solid understanding of compliance standards such as FCC and CE
  • Track record of delivering complex hardware-software integration projects
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
