Qualifications: 4+ years of Salesforce experience, 2+ years in people management, and a Bachelor's degree are required; Salesforce certifications and knowledge of other related systems are preferred.
Location: Morrisville, NC, with the requirement to work in the office approximately 40 days per quarter.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $90,000 - $130,000.

WHAT CAN RELIAS OFFER YOU?
The Manager, Revenue Technology is a leader responsible for providing oversight of the Revenue Technology team members administering the core systems that capture and maintain revenue, such as Salesforce and integrated systems. This individual works closely with the Product Owner and senior members of the team reporting to the Director, Revenue Technology to deliver value to the business from day-to-day tickets to larger initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Lead and develop a team dedicated to the enhancement and maintenance of revenue-related applications at Relias.
• Manage the IT Help Center ticket process from triage and escalation to SLAs and reporting on metrics.
• Act as an escalation point for critical issues or blockers encountered by the business or team.
• Track projects across multiple applications and business units.
• Understand current and future state internal tech landscape at Relias to assess gaps in resourcing and skills on the team needed to support the business.
• Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in AI and IT and use this knowledge to drive process changes and improvements as a change leader.
• Proactively engage and develop relationships with internal cross-functional teams to understand system utilization, system issues, and to support their use of technology.
• Participate in long-term strategic planning to support business objectives and operational efficiencies.

• Understanding of software development lifecycle specific to Agile methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details across a variety of audiences.

• Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving abilities.
• 4+ years experience in Salesforce as a power user or administrator.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
• Experience in administration of Salesforce and/or obtained Salesforce Certification(s).
• Experience with a broad range of Salesforce products.
• Experience with additional systems related to Marketing, Client Care, and Sales.
• Experience managing ticketing processes.
• Experience integrating acquired company’s systems, data, and processes.
