Outbound Appointment Setter

We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter with expert-level English to join our team. You'll be setting appointments via phone and direct messages (DMs), helping qualify leads, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team. This role requires someone who is organized, detailed, energetic, and an excellent communicator.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set appointments via phone calls and DMs with potential clients.
  • Use Go High Level (GHL) or another CRM to track leads, notes, and follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads based on criteria and ensure appointments meet quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, and passion in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Expert-level English (verbal & written) – must be confident on the phone.
  • Experience setting appointments via both phone and DMs.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in using CRMs (GHL preferred).
