What You’ll Be Doing
Managing the entire sales progression process, ensuring a seamless journey from offer acceptance to completion.
Acting as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage brokers.
Proactively monitoring sales progress, identifying and addressing potential delays to keep transactions moving efficiently.
Ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate, up to date, and completed within set timelines.
Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders, ensuring full transparency throughout the process.
Maintaining precise records of all communications and actions taken.
Handling complaints and queries professionally, offering effective solutions to keep deals on track.
What You Need to Succeed
✔️ Experience: At least 2 years in a sales progression role within the property industry.
✔️ Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UK property sales process, including legal and financial documentation.
✔️ Skills:
Exceptional organisation and time management.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
✔️ Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
✔️ Equipment:
A reliable laptop/desktop with at least Windows Pro, i5 processor, and 16GB RAM.
Broadband internet with upload speeds of 8–15 Mbps and download speeds of 25–30 Mbps.
A headset for clear communication and a secondary screen for efficiency.
