National Accounts Administrator

Rentokil-Terminix Canada is one of the largest pest control providers to the property management sector. Since its founding, it has been an industry leader in pest control. This role supports our commercial and residential customers while providing World Class customer service.

Role Designation: Hybrid (3 days/week)

Location: 99 Locke Street, Unit #1, Concord ON L4K 0J2 

Salary: $45,700 annually

Job Responsibilities

  • Various portal management, including receiving and closing work orders and dispatching as appropriate
  • Supporting Sales Team on RFPs (Requests for Proposals)
  • Pest Pac (internal system) management, including scheduling, creating accounts and managing recurring set-ups
  • Re-scheduling any services that may not have been completed
  • Creating consolidated invoice set ups
  • Organizing and storing all associated contract files in one consolidated client folder
  • Creating consolidated invoice set ups as per Province
  • Reviewing all completed orders in branches and sending invoices to respective contacts for payment
  • Following-up with Operations Mangers to gather any missing service reports
  • Responding to any invoicing corrections, disputes or inquiries
  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
  • Assist with A/R for the National accounts
  • Undergraduate degree or College diploma from any related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
  • Demonstrated strength in verbal and written communications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience working with RFPs (Requests for Proposals) preferred, but not mandatory
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
