We are excited to bring on a Product Manager of Employee Training to our team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone passionate about employee development and training solutions to take an active role in innovating a scalable training product for the restaurant industry. Effective communication of your product’s roadmap is key to your success in this role. This position is ideal for someone with SaaS product management experience and a deep understanding of employee training in the context of restaurant operations, ready to drive the future of our R365 Employee Training Product. 


How you'll add value:
  • Own and manage the Employee Training module of the product. 
  • Drive, develop, and maintain the product’s training roadmap. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and define training features, enhancements, and optimizations. 
  • Select, design, and write user stories, ensuring a clear, effective, and engaging training experience for restaurant employees. 
  • Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback to inform product decisions and ensure that the training platform meets the needs of both restaurant operators and employees. 
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to present new training features at company broadcasts and to customers. 
  • Ensure the product’s alignment with broader Restaurant365 initiatives to improve operational efficiency and employee performance in restaurants. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.  
  • Occasional travel may be required. 


What you'll need to be successful in this role:
  • At least 2 years of Product Manager experience
  • Experience in employee training or learning management systems (LMS). 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams. 
  • Solid analytical skills with an ability to interpret feedback and data to prioritize features. 
  • Familiarity with tech-savvy solutions that enhance employee development and operational efficiency. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Agile Methodology experience a plus. 
  • A background in SaaS product management and understanding of the restaurant industry's operational challenges is highly desirable.

  • This position has a salary range of $99,000 - $139,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
