We are excited to bring on a Product Manager to our Workforce team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone to take an active role in innovating a scalable workforce management product for the restaurant industry. Effective communication of your product’s roadmap is key to your success in this role. This position is ideal for someone with SaaS product management experience, ready to drive the future of our Product.  


How you'll add value:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine training features, enhancements, and optimizations, ensuring features are well-scoped and executable.  
  • Write and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring a clear, effective, and engaging training experience for restaurant employees.  
  • Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback to inform product decisions and ensure that the platform meets the needs of both restaurant operators and employees.  
  • Partner with Product Marketing team and Customer Success to ensure new training features are properly documented and communicated.  
  • Ensure backlog items align with broader Restaurant365 initiatives to improve operational efficiency and employee performance in restaurants.  
  • Perform other duties as assigned.   
  • Occasional travel required.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.  
  • Solid analytical skills with an ability to interpret feedback and data to prioritize features.  
  • Familiarity with tech-savvy solutions that enhance employee development and operational efficiency.  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  
  • Agile Methodology experience a plus.  
  • A background in SaaS product management and understanding of the restaurant industry's operational challenges is highly desirable.  


R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
  • This position has a salary range of $116,000 - $145,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
