Essential
Ritual is seeking a collaborative and strategic leader to shape and scale our presence across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and key omni-channel retail media platforms (Target.com, Instacart, etc.). In this role, you’ll drive strategic growth, performance marketing, and operational efficiency, ensuring Ritual’s digital retail ecosystem is set up for long-term success. As the owner of our marketplace strategy, you’ll oversee paid media investments, eCommerce operations, and cross-functional collaboration, making a direct impact on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand visibility across key digital retail channels. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and accountability.
