- Counter Management (u. a. Tagesabläufe, Visual Merchandising, Warenmanagement) sowie Personalthemen (z. B. Personaleinsatzplanung, Recruiting) in Abstimmung mit deinem Account Manager
- Leistungssteigerung des Counters durch professionelle Kundenberatung in Vorbildfunktion, effektives Teamwork und effiziente Abläufe unter Einhaltung unserer Retail Standards
- Mitverantwortung unserer Sales- und Kundenerlebnisziele inkl. KPI-Management und Verkaufsförderung
Qualifikationen
- Authentische, optimistische Persönlichkeit mit einem stark ausgeprägten unternehmerischen und offenen Mindset
- Proaktiver Markenbotschafter mit hervorragenden Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch: Sehr gut; Englisch: Grundkenntnisse): Du bist in jeglicher Hinsicht ein Vorbild für das Team und entwickelst dieses zu hervorragender Performance u. a. durch deine konstruktiven Feedbacks und Unterstützung
- Sehr sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools, hohe Ambition sich weiterzuentwickeln, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie zeitliche Flexibilität
- Affinität zur Beauty-Welt, Kosmetikbranche oder Lifestylebranche und mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung in der fachlichen Mitarbeiterführung in einer vergleichbaren Position in einer serviceorientierten Branche (z.B. Einzelhandel, Gastronomie, Hotellerie, Tourismus)
