Job Description

Job Summary

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, this role sells RRD products and solutions via phone or electronic communication to customers in an assigned territory. The emphasis will be on building and fostering strong business relationships which result in repeat business.

Responsibilities

  • Sales efforts will focus on making outbound sales calls to prospects and existing clients
  • Focus on revenue-generating sales activity for new clients as well as retain and grow an existing base of customers by:
    • Completing Market and Company research to identify potential clients and points of contact within the prospect
    • Cold Calling Activities
    • Schedule and hold virtual / phone-based client meetings
    • Facilitating Client presentations
    • Recording all touchpoints of the sales process in the Customer Relationship Management System
  • Respond to inbound customer contact regarding product and service information and identify upselling activities from such contact
  • Remain up to date on RRD product knowledge
  • Analyze and filter data provided on accounts and prospects to build an individual forecast and sales strategy

 

 

Qualifications

Skills and Certifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management Software preferred
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience working collaboratively with other individuals and departments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and adjust to meet business needs.

High School or GED with 1 year of sales experience

Additional Information

This role is salary plus incentive program eligible and the current RRD salary range is $50,000 to
$150,000 per year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the
hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be
hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but
not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. RRD’s benefit

company match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus parental
leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance and employer/partner discounts.
