Due to company growth , Rusken Packaging is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician to join their team in Harrisburg, AR.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
Work with sensors, limit switches, power transmission equipment, and bearings.
Perform basic welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
Maintain and troubleshoot pumps (air and electric).
Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
Use CMMS to manage work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot electrical circuits, PLCs, ladder logic, and motor drives.
