Job Title: Associate, Digital Marketing

What You'll Contribute

The Associate, Digital Marketing will support the execution and optimization of paid search, display, YouTube, and social media advertising campaigns. This role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to achieve exceptional performance across digital channels, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, video and display advertising.
  • Conduct daily bid monitoring and adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and other KPIs, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Execute daily performance analysis and budget pacing/monitoring to ensure effective spending.
  • Manage audience targeting and segmentation strategies.
  • Perform search terms keyword mining, competitive auction insights analysis, and ad copy optimization to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies for test planning, performance reporting, and seasonal research.
  • Proactively monitor account alerts, QA processes, and implement improvements to workflows.

What You Have

Minimum education, skills and experience required.

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, including advanced functions such as v-lookups and pivot tables.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail to maintain accuracy in performance reporting.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.

Preferred education, skills and experience required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with keyword research tools, budget pacing, and campaign testing strategies.
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization techniques and remarketing strategies.
