About the role

At Sana, we’re building the future of commercial operations. As emerging technologies come to life, the market is evolving, purchasing behaviour changes and dynamics shifts. There is massive room for automation, refinement, and innovation in how companies generate pipeline, optimize sales motions, and ensure our GTM team is operating at peak efficiency.

We’re looking for a RevOps Manager to take ownership of our sales automation and sales operations—someone who thrives in execution, obsesses over efficiency, and builds scalable systems that deliver real business impact. Some of the aspects of the role are: 

  • Sales Automation & Lead Flow – Design and implement workflows that optimize how leads are sourced, qualified, routed, and engaged by our sales team.

  • Data Enrichment & Targeting – Develop high-quality lead pipelines through smart enrichment, segmentation, and insights.

  • Tooling & Systems – Innovate and refine our tech stack ensuring our GTM team is operating at maximum efficiency.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with all GTM teams to ensure alignment and enhance collaboration.

  • Constant Refinement & Improvement – Identify bottlenecks, test solutions, and implement optimizations that enable our GTM team to move faster and convert better.

  • Proven RevOps Experience – You have 3-5 years of experience in high-performance sales ops, RevOps, or GTM automation in a fast-growth B2B SaaS company.

  • First-principles thinking and enthusiasm for finding solutions and bringing ideas into action with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality and bias for action.

  • Collaborative spirit and ability to flourish in team settings.
