Staff / Senior Aerospace Software Engineer

As a Staff / Senior Aerospace Software Engineer at SciTec, you will serve as a key software developer on an AGILE team, leveraging your expertise in programming languages such as C++, Python, and/or Java. Your daily tasks will include designing and architecting software solutions, deploying and maintaining software across various security environments, and engaging with stakeholders to communicate project status. You will also prototype, integrate, and test advanced software for our innovative defense programs.

To qualify for the Staff / Senior Aerospace Software Engineer role at SciTec, candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in physical sciences, engineering, mathematics, or computer science combined with a minimum of four years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and/or Java, familiarity with Linux, and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance are also essential requirements.
