Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and patient assessments remotely.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with mental health conditions.
  • Provide medication management and education to patients in collaboration with their treatment teams.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on clinical judgement.
  • Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
  • Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.
  • Current and active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) state licensure and compliance with local and national regulations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working in psychiatric mental health.
  • Strong understanding of telehealth technologies and remote patient care practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
