Digital Sales Coordinator

The Digital Sales Coordinator at United Parks & Resorts plays a key role in supporting the digital sales team by managing online sales channels, optimizing e-commerce initiatives, and assisting with digital marketing efforts. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless digital ticketing experiences, coordinating promotional campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth through online platforms.

  • Ensure accuracy in digital sales reporting, preparing regular reports and insights to support decision-making
  • Assist in the development of digital content, including promotional messaging and sales materials for online channels
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging digital sales technologies to drive innovation

What it takes to succeed:

  • Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital sales strategies, online marketplaces, and e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with content management systems (CMS), digital analytics tools, and e-commerce platforms
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and create reports to track digital sales performance
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed
