Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Growth Manager, the Growth Executive Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing the Growth Executive (GE) Team. This role plays a critical part in supporting initiative leaders (Growth Managers, Partnerships Managers) to explore, validate, and execute strategies that drive new revenue streams for SEEK.

As a key leader in the Growth team, this role will ensure the Growth Executives are effectively engaging with customers, validating new opportunities, and supporting the team’s go-to-market strategies. The role will also focus on building team capability, improving execution efficiency, and fostering a high-performing and engaged team culture.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Be adaptable and thrive in an environment of experimentation and iteration
  • Drive execution with a commercial and customer-focused mindset
  • Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across different initiatives
  • Champion team engagement, development, and collaboration

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support initiative leaders in refining their go-to-market strategies and customer acquisition approaches.
  • Oversee the Growth Executive team’s execution of market validation, customer engagement, and sales activities to support commercial experiments.
  • Personally contribute to in-market experimentation and commercialisation efforts that drive new revenue opportunities. 
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Growth Executive team to enhance their capabilities across research, sales, and customer engagement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and innovation in executing initiatives.
  • Align with Adjacent Revenue Development Team Leadership on priorities to ensure effective resource allocation across multiple initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with Initiative Leads (Growth Managers, Partnerships Managers) and cross-functional teams.    

Qualifications

  • Proven team leadership experience, with a track record of coaching and developing talent.
  • Background in Sales, Growth, Commercial Strategy, or Customer Engagement.
  • Experience managing execution across market validation, commercial experiments, and customer interactions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities, delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset with a strong bias for action.
