HR Director

The HR Director will be working closely with the Global CRO and CMO to implement the overall people strategy. 

What you will do: 

  • Strategic Leadership: This role involves managing organizational design, compensation design and planning, performance management, compliance, employee relations and organizational development for the global sales and marketing function. 
  • Business Partnership: Working with the leadership team to provide HR guidance and align human capital with organizational goals. 
  • Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Map current and future talent to organizational goals & partner with Talent Acquisition to pipeline candidates against forecast anticipated attrition.
  • Performance Management & Employee Development: Implement and manage performance evaluation systems, employee development plans, and career progression programs. Create and promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Employee Relations & Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring alignment with company values. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations as needed. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in alignment with the organization’s budget and goals.
  •  Lead a small team of Senior HR Business Partners

What you will need:

  • At least 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. 
  • 3-5 years of experience with partnering with sales organization
  • Experience with operating within global HR organization and M&A
  • Proven experience in talent management, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to lead and manage change effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities 
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to balance strategic and operational priorities 
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
