We are looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team and support our sales team by contacting prospective clients via telephone and email to ensure our sales professionals meet their monthly meeting goals. An Appointment Setter’s responsibilities include making sure that potential clients might be interested in our products and services, then scheduling a time with each potential client so they can meet one-on-one or in groups with our organization’s Sales Representatives. Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to set appointments for our sales team members.
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
Join our vibrant team as an Appointment Setter and play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts! In this position, you'll be reaching out to potential clients through phone and email, paving the way for our sales professionals to meet their monthly goals. As an Appointment Setter, your days will be filled with engaging conversations where you ascertain the interest of prospective clients in our innovative products and services. Your goal? To schedule meaningful one-on-one meetings or group consultations with Sales Representatives, allowing them to showcase the value we offer. You'll field any basic questions or concerns potential clients may have, making it essential to possess top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail is key, as you'll be keeping a detailed log of your calls, even those that go unanswered, and making follow-up attempts to connect with prospects. This role demands a professional demeanor, excellent phone etiquette, and a persuasive, results-oriented attitude. While we prefer candidates with prior experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar position, what matters most is your enthusiasm and commitment to achieving our team goals. If you're ready to make an impact and help drive our sales forward, we want to hear from you!
