What you will be doing

We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to own and optimize our sales systems, data, and processes. You'll be the go-to expert for CRM management, reporting, and operational efficiency, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to streamline workflows and improve performance by;

  • Implementing, maintaining, and optimizing sales tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, automations, integrations) to ensure data accuracy, reporting, and forecasting reliability.

  • Maintaining the sales playbook and onboarding resources to drive consistent execution and training for new hires.

  • Overseeing contract management, vendor setup, and sales administration (RFPs, bids, vendor portals), collaborating with legal, finance, and security teams.

  • Enhancing demand generation by improving lead data quality, prospecting lists, and attribution workflows.

  • Refining sales processes to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate deal closures.

  • Leveraging BI tools (like Looker, Power BI, ChartMogul) for real-time forecasting, performance insights, and data-driven decision-making.

Where you will be working

This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. You will work three days a week from our super cool, Birminham city center office near Colmore Row.

  • You’re highly detail-oriented and excel in troubleshooting and improving processes.

  • You have experience supporting B2B SaaS sales operations and understand how to enable GTM teams for success.

  • You are results-driven, with a proven track record of optimizing sales workflows and reducing inefficiencies.

  • You have successfully managed large-scale data initiatives, ensuring accuracy and creating actionable insights.

  • You have experience designing and executing sales enablement programs and training resources.
