Présent dans plus de 100 pays à travers le monde, le Groupe recherche pour sa Direction Travel Retail Europe située à Paris (75), un Travel Retail Supervisor H/F dans le cadre d'un CDD.

Description du poste

I. Résumé de la fonction :

Assurer la responsabilité du CA sell-out et de l’image d’un certain nombre de points de ventes visités régulièrement ; manager une équipe de conseillères de vente (Beauty Consultants) ; veiller à la mise en place d’animations / promotions et assurer le suivi et l’application des projets merchandising sur ces points de vente.

 

 II. Responsabilités principales :

  • Assurer la Business relation
  • Visiter régulièrement les points de vente (plus de 60% du temps)
  • Informer les shop managers et Beauty Consultants génériques des évènements / produits / outils merchandising
  • Négocier avec les shop managers des espaces occasionnels et des services rendus
  • Motiver les BC génériques à participer aux plans de développement de la Marque
  • Informer les shop managers et les BC génériques sur nos plans merchandising

 

  • Manager
  • Recruter les Beauty Consultants Sisley.
  • Maintenir la relation avec la filiale pour le suivi administratif
  • Fédérer les Beauty Consultants autours des objectifs mensuels quantitatifs et qualitatifs
  • Réaliser, avec les Beauty Consultants, les bilans cycliques engendrant des bonus et décelant les axes de progrès possibles
  • Informer les Beauty Consultants des évènements Sisley : marketing, informations générales
  • Coacher les Beauty Consultants sur le point de vente sur les produits, les techniques de vente et  les techniques de merchandising
  • Motiver les  Beauty Consultants à devenir des expertes Sisley
  • Optimiser la rentabilité de chacune

 

  • Animer / promouvoir
  • Gérer le P&L du Chef de zone et en assumer la responsabilité
  • Travailler avec le MOP sur ses besoins
  • Valider la proposition du MOP
  • Embaucher, former et mettre en place une rémunération motivante et performante des promotrices
  • Vérifier la mise en place dans les magasins pour les promotions majeures, et par téléphone pour les promotions mineures
  • Gérer les analyses quantitatives et qualitatives partagées avec le N+1 et le MOP
  •  

  • Participer à l’élaboration du Merchandising
  • Alerter le shop manager sur les ruptures
  • Motiver les shop managers sur le besoin des SKU minimum
  • Vérifier le respect de l’espace négocié
  • Vérifier la mise en place des planogrammes et des outils merchandising (Proposer des adaptations locales si besoin)
  • Coacher les BC sur les techniques du merchandising
  • Mettre en place des Animations On Counter (AOC) en produits et en outils merchandising

 

  • Communiquer / informer
  • Suivre et analyser les performances de Sisley par ligne, par référence
  • Analyser les attentes des consommateurs
  • Analyser les actions des concurrents (produits, PLV, …)
  • Partager son analyse avec le MOP
  • Effectuer un rapport régulier auprès des responsables

 

Qualifications

  • 3 ans d'expérience minimum à un poste similaire
  • Expérience managériale
  • Anglais courant
  • Gestion et organisation
  • Très bonne sensibilité du retail et des produits de cosmétique
