    Job Description

    As a Senior Project Manager, Corporate Development & PMO at SIXT, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and business transformation within one of the world’s fastest-growing mobility providers. Working closely with the Head of Corporate Development & PMO, US CFO and Sixt US Senior Leadership, you’ll manage high-impact projects that enhance productivity, profitability, and long-term strategy. This position offers a unique blend of strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership, making it ideal for consultants or corporate development professionals ready to make a tangible impact within a dynamic organization.

    YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

    • Lead Strategic Projects: You will develop and execute project plans focused on process optimization, digital transformation, and performance improvement to drive measurable business impact

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will partner with internal (U.S. & international) and external stakeholders to align strategic objectives, ensuring seamless project execution and impactful results

    • Executive Reporting & Documentation: You will present complex findings and actionable recommendations to executive leadership while maintaining detailed project documentation, including strategic objectives, financial impact analysis, and risk assessments

    • Project Execution & Risk Management: You will oversee end-to-end project implementation, proactively addressing risks, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives

    • Data-Driven Decision Making: You will collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support informed decision-making and optimize business performance

    • PMO & Performance Management Support: You will assist in delivering organization-wide projects, supporting OKRs, must-win projects, and KPI tracking while managing risks, dependencies, and performance initiatives

    • Technical & Industry Expertise: You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint) with familiarity in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Workboard preferred). Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred. 4-6 years of experience in consulting, corporate development, or project management.

    • Self-Motivation & Reliability: You will need to be proactive, dependable, and driven to execute projects successfully while remaining responsive to feedback and business needs.
