You'll be part of the Enterprise & Global Account Sales Team, reporting directly to the VP Sales Enterprise & Global Accounts, working alongside a high-performing team of 8 professionals. Your mission? Maximize value within existing accounts by expanding relationships across departments, business units, and entities.
✔ Own and expand your portfolio – You’ll manage a set of enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our 6 innovative solutions across new teams, departments, and global subsidiaries.
✔ Be a strategic partner – Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring they maximize the impact of Skeepers' solutions.
✔ Drive multi-threaded growth – Open doors in different regions, business units, and subsidiaries, driving account expansion at scale.
✔ Work with a strong support system – Leverage SDRs, BDRs, Pre-Sales, and Bid Management teams to craft compelling proposals and deliver value-driven solutions.
✔ Engage at a high level – Interact with C-level stakeholders in Marketing, Customer Experience, and Digital teams to deepen partnerships.
✔ Lead strategic initiatives – Act as a project manager, orchestrating complex negotiations, aligning internal and external stakeholders, and managing multi-faceted sales cycles.
✅ You are a relationship builder – You know how to engage, influence, and expand accounts over time.
✅ You have experience selling to C-level executives, particularly in Marketing, CX, or Digital Transformation.
✅ You understand complex enterprise structures and can successfully navigate international entities, departments, and business units.
✅ You are value-driven – You focus on solving business challenges, not just selling software.
