In this role, you will collaborate with both internal and external clients to understand and identify their engineering needs. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will come into play as you investigate engineering issues and create effective solutions that meet the highest industry standards. Planning and executing projects with precision is crucial; you’ll be responsible for ensuring timely delivery while adhering to quality benchmarks and cost-effectiveness. You'll work closely with our design team, utilizing advanced tools like 2D/3D CAD, ANSYS, and more to ensure designs are functional and standardized. Your expertise in complex calculations and methodologies will drive the OEM standardization process, enhancing quality and efficiency. We value effective communication, so you’ll be fostering relationships with fellow engineers and stakeholders. While most of your work will be at our Morton Grove Center of Excellence, occasional travel may be required to further contribute to project success.
