The Wellness Nurse at Spectrum Retirement Communities is responsible for coordinating resident admissions, executing care plans, administering medications, and documenting health changes. You will work hand-in-hand with community nurses and caregivers to maintain clinical excellence while creating a supportive environment for our residents.

To join Spectrum as a Wellness Nurse, you need to have graduated from an accredited practical nursing program and hold a valid nursing license (LPN or RN). Additionally, having three years of experience in assessment and geriatric nursing is preferred, along with a commitment to providing compassionate care.

The Wellness Nurse position at Spectrum requires full-time commitment from 2 PM to 10 PM, with an expectation to work every other weekend. Starting pay is $35.00 per hour, and new hires will receive a $3000 sign-on bonus, providing fantastic financial motivation to join our team.
