We are looking for an experienced Application Developer to support a high-impact modernization project on a short-term contract (4-months) in Downtown Toronto.

  • A skilled full-stack developer with a passion for building seamless, high-performance web applications. 
  • Proficient in front-end development using Angular or Vue.js, and back-end development with .NET frameworks (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core). 
  • Experienced in database design and development with MS SQL Server and comfortable working with APIs and version control (Git). 
  • A problem-solver who thrives in collaborative environments, translating business needs into technical solutions. 
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to writing clean, efficient, and testable code. 
  • Open to learning new technologies and adapting to evolving project needs 

📍 Work Type   

  • Hybrid (2-3 days per week required in the office) 
  • Office Location: Toronto, Ontario  
  • Contract Length: 4-Months, with the possibility of extension (must be incorporated) 

🎯 What You’ll Do (Your Superpowers): 

  • Engage in end-to-end development of web applications, from conceptualization to deployment 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions 
  • Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Javascript frameworks (i.e., Angular, Vue.js) 
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across various devices and browsers 
  • Design and develop the back-end using technologies within the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API 
  • Write unit tests and automated tests to ensure high quality code 
  • Integrate front-end and back-end aspects of applications using Web APIs  
  • Ability to write technical documentation clearly and concisely 

⭐ What We’re Looking For (Our Wishlist): 

  • 3-5 years of experience in software development in a full stack capacity (exposure to both front-end and back-end development) 
  • Experienced with .NET framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET on the backend 
  • Experienced with Angular, Vue.JS, HTML/CSS and Javascript on the frontend 
  • Experience with database design and development using MS SQL Server 
  • Exposure to MS Azure DevOps or equivalent (Jira, etc.) 
  • Experience with version control systems, such as GIT 
  • Nice-To-Have: Experience with ASPOSE.Words, Blazor, design pattern knowledge/experience
