ABOUT THE ROLE
The Role
The Enterprise Revenue Operations Lead acts as a strategic and operational partner to the Stepful for Business Go-to-Market leaders to support the effectiveness and efficiency for the B2B GTM teams: Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Solution Architecture. This newly-created role is an exciting opportunity to build a function at a fast-growing, mission-oriented company.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you can expect to:
Develop GTM Strategy: Collaborate with B2B GTM leaders to define target geographies, segments, accounts, and territories for the Stepful for Business GTM teams
Sales & Revenue Forecasting: Build and manage sales and revenue forecasts across all revenue streams
Data & Reporting: Lead reporting for key commercial and funnel metrics across Marketing, Sales, and Client Success, using data-based insights to optimize our GTM motion
Design & Manage Compensation Plans: Create and implement Sales and Client Success compensation plans, including quotas and incentive pay structures, ensuring alignment with goals and tracking performance.
Manage Tech Stack: Oversee and optimize GTM tools like HubSpot, Gong, and others.
Enablement & Training: Identify and lead enablement supports (trainings, knowledge management) to support GTM team success.
This job is for you if:
You have experience building a B2B revenue operations function (particularly sales operations) from 0 to 1 in a high-growth startup environment
You excel at bringing structure to data, analyzing it, building actionable dashboards, and using insights to drive revenue-related decisions.
You have experience modeling accurate revenue forecasts, designing and managing territories, and designing compensation plans.
You’re proficient with tools like HubSpot, Gong, and other revenue enablement platforms.
You are a strong cross-functional collaborator, able to collaboratively problem solve and devise creative solutions with other departments, particularly GTM teams, data, and finance
You have a track record of translating business goals into actionable strategies for revenue growth.
Bonus points if you:
Have run revenue operations across multiple GTM functions beyond (beyond sales - Client Success, Marketing, etc)
Have led enablement efforts (e.g., trainings, knowledge management) that have improved GTM teams’ effectiveness
Have experience managing and building out a Hubspot CRM
Have experience working in education, talent/workforce development, healthcare, or B2B tech-enabled services companies
