Responsibilities: Prepare SEC filings, monthly financial statements, oversee share-based awards and leases accounting, and ensure SOX compliance.
Skills: Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, excellent communication, detail-oriented, proficiency in accounting software, and strong Excel skills.
Qualifications: 5+ years in technical accounting and financial reporting; CPA preferred; Bachelor's in accounting.
