PDN - RN - $45/hr

As a PDN RN at Strive Health Services, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients in a home setting. This includes managing complex medical needs, performing tube feedings and ventilator management, and ensuring that you meet the individual health requirements of your patients. You'll also be responsible for communicating effectively with both patients and their families, documenting care, and collaborating with our clinical support team to ensure the highest standards of care.

To qualify for the PDN RN position at Strive Health Services, you must be licensed as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in Texas or a qualifying Compact state. Experience in private duty nursing, pediatrics, ICU, NICU, or PICU settings is preferred, but not mandatory, as we offer hands-on training for complex diagnoses and equipment management. You’ll also need reliable transportation and effective communication skills, along with a commitment to your professional growth.
