At Sunrise, our Dining Services Supervisor is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the dining operations in the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

  Responsibilities:- Providing hands-on leadership in day to day operations directly supervising and assisting the dining services team- Maintaining a resident focus business decorum at all times- Managing dining flow and balances the serving responsibilities among dining staff- Assisting the community by providing consistent and high quality service standards in all dining rooms 

 

Qualifications:- Two (2) years experience in fine dining or high volume food service preferably in assisted living, full service and/or hospitality industries- Supervisory/management experience preferred which may include supervising and responsibility of shift/daily operations- Maintains current Food Services Sanitation certificate- High School diploma / GED accepted- Ability to handle multiple priorities- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication- Competent in organizational, time management skills- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications
