Sunroc is seeking an experienced Pipe Crew Foreman to read and interpret plans, supervise and lead team members, and ensure project safety and quality. You'll communicate with project managers and customers, organize work, and interface with various stakeholders. Things You’ll Do 

  • Read and interpret plans and specifications in order to build projects correctly.
  • Supervise, teach, and lead foreman and other team members.
  • Value safety, quality of work, job profitability, and project schedule.
  • Communicate project issues and concerns with project manager and the customer.
  • Organize, plan, schedule and delegate work, labor, and equipment.
  • Assist in all project cost control and measurement tools being used on the project.
  • Interface with a wide variety of people from owners, engineers, and inspectors, to field personnel and company presidents.

 

Requirements 

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience leading team members.
  • Communication skills.
  • High energy and ability to motivate team members to meet project milestones.
  • Knowledge of all equipment used for job and how to use it.
  • Experience with department of transportation, municipality, and private work.
  • CDL a plus.
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, how to use Microsoft word, excel, outlook and HCSS.
  • Experience with Idaho Public Works Standards for Sewer, Water, Storm Drain, Gravity Irrigation and Pressure Irrigation.
  • Suez Water of Idaho experience a plus
