Childcare Teacher (FT & PT)

Childcare Teacher | Part-Time/ Full-Time
The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a part-time childcare teachers for our NC 4-Star school at 14420 Reese Boulevard. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you.


Pay rate of $15-$20 per hour

Pay rate is determined by relevant education and experience. Candidates with a high school diploma and limited experience will be paid at the lower end of the range. Candidates with EDU 119 to an associate’s degree in early childhood education or a related field may be paid mid-range. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field and applicable experience may be paid at the higher end of the range.

Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Implement our award-winning curriculum in a way that meets each child's unique learning style.
  • Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
  • Document and share with families the important milestones in a child’s day using our app.
  • Have fun and work as part of a supportive team!
  • EDU 119, NCECC or a degree in early childhood or related field required for lead teacher positions.

  • Previous experience as a teacher at a licensed childcare center required.
