In this role, you'll strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services while staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology. You'll meet targets for cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness as you direct and optimize the full order cycle. Building positive relationships with customers is key, so your exceptional customer support skills through calls, chats, and emails will shine. You'll also get to communicate with developers and other departments at various IT companies! To succeed in this role, excellent English skills (C1 level or higher) and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets are a must. If you have experience in support or other technical customer-facing roles and possess analytical skills and a positive attitude, you could be our next team member. Note that having a laptop with at least 8 GB of RAM and a stable internet connection is essential.
