Change & Adoption Analyst

Here’s what the role looks like:

This role will work closely with our customer’s teams to understand, measure and improve business processes and help drive new ways of working.

  • Managing Change according to the agreed customer Strategy
  • Support Communication campaigns and strategies
  • Identify key business impacts of change
  • Develop training content and learning paths
  • Engage key stakeholders and their teams
  • Measure and track Adoption and Proficiency
  • Identify risks, issues and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Project Teams
  • Support end-user adoption of new tools and ways of working
  • Experience Change & Adoption Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of ADKAR methodology and the change management strategy
