We are seeking a self-motivated and strategic high-volume Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our organizational growth by identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to build high-performing teams aligned with our business goals and revenue objectives.

 

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Full cycle recruitment process for high-volume positions.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social platforms, internal databases, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct high-volume phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records using our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of pre-vetted candidates for ongoing hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to understand team dynamics, performance expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Provide regular updates and hiring metrics to internal stakeholders.
  • Recommend improvements to hiring processes and tools to optimize speed and quality.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably within sales, tech, and high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to fill multiple positions simultaneously with high-quality hires.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to partner effectively with sales ​​​leadership.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience recruiting in phone sales, and related fields.
  • Knowledge of sales metrics, and a strong understanding of sales KPIs.
