We are seeking a knowledgeable SAP BASIS Consultant to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the SAP landscape, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of SAP systems. Your expertise will ensure the availability, performance, and security of our clients' SAP environments.

As an SAP BASIS Consultant, you will work with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning initiatives. You will also lead troubleshooting efforts and provide guidance on best practices to optimize the SAP infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the SAP landscape, including installation, configuration, and upgrades of SAP systems.
Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of SAP applications.
Perform system backups, recovery, and transport management to ensure data integrity.
Lead troubleshooting efforts for system issues, analyzing logs and using diagnostic tools to resolve problems.
Implement security policies and user roles, ensuring compliance with best practices.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support system integration and performance tuning.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 6+ years of experience as an SAP BASIS Consultant.
Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, with hands-on experience in SAP installations, upgrades, and migrations.
Experience with SAP HANA, NetWeaver, and various SAP modules.
Proficiency in performing system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
