As a Cloud Risk Consultant at Tenchi, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform and services. You will manage the technical aspects of client relationships, deeply understand their cyber risk landscape and 3rd party ecosystem, and deliver customized solutions that address their cybersecurity challenges. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills to ensure clients are secure, compliant, and satisfied.

What will you do?

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding both technical and business objectives.
  • Lead onboarding sessions to ensure seamless integration of Tenchi's platform into clients' existing environments, workflows, and security frameworks.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored cyber risk remediation strategies that align with their business goals and regulatory compliance needs.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support, troubleshooting issues, offering solutions, and ensuring quick resolution of client inquiries.
  • Proactively monitor client security performance, track key security metrics, and identify areas for potential risk mitigation or improvements.
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, representing client needs, coordinating efforts, and ensuring the timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to clients using tools such as PowerBI, Quicksight, offering actionable insights, security trends, and recommendations to improve their overall security posture.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in cloud security, advising clients with proactive strategies and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, adding value to existing client accounts.
  • Continuously work towards enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through exceptional communication, timely responsiveness, and the delivery of meaningful, value-added services.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a consulting or customer success role within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to manage multiple client requests, balancing priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Copper) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace).
  • Highly organized, with an attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is required; proficiency in English or Spanish is also desirable.
