As a Field Operations Crewleader, you’ll play a crucial part in maintaining over 2,465 lane miles of streets, ensuring that Fort Worth's infrastructure is in top-notch condition. Your day-to-day will involve directing and assigning jobs to your crews, scheduling maintenance and repair services, and inspecting field operations equipment for necessary repairs. You will also need to be ready for the unexpected, as this position involves emergency responses during severe weather and other urgent situations.
