Are you passionate about Data and have 3+ years’ fulltime experience helping customers with their data-related business challenges? As a Technical Business Analyst, you will bring a background in business analysis and workshop facilitation, along with hands-on experience in capturing requirements, creating intuitive diagrams and sound technical writing skills. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes and workflows, ensure clear communication across teams, and drive efficient project execution.

Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role with substantial technical writing experience. 
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques as well as experience with technical writing tools like Microsoft Word, flowcharting tools like Visio or Lucid, and workspace tools like Miro etc. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and concisely. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail. 
  • Proven experience in planning and conducting workshops, managing group dynamics, and driving consensus. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

A plus if you have: 

  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) and/or Technical Writing. 
  • Experience in Agile or Scrum environments. 
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. 
  • Exposure to AWS. 
  • Experience working on data-driven projects.
