Responsibilities:
Provide Support: Support in the successful establishment of the necessary organizational structures and processes (CRM, meeting structure, reporting KPIs), as well as the creation of relevant sales materials.
General Sales: Generate new sales accounts and takeover of existing accounts with clear, realistic, and transparent sales goals.
Training and Development: Train, supervise, and coach other new members. Support scaling sales processes in a growth environment.
Requirements:
An ideal candidate is generalist, entrepreneurial, and has strong
Interpersonal skills
Experience in B2B sales of at least 2 years with a good track record
Experience with Professional CRM (e.g. Pipedrive)
Strong work ethic
Salary:
Fixed salary and target bonus
