As an Associate General Manager, you will be in charge of launching the market. This role requires a generalist who can excel in sales, operations, account management and marketing. To start, you’ll identify and onboard key sellers—from influencers to retailers—to ensure a successful platform launch.
Be the internal and external leader for Tilt in your market
Build and maintain strategic relationships with top partners, merchants, and sellers to drive business growth
Use data to identify opportunities, track performance, and improve key market metrics
Own and execute go-to-market plans, from marketing activations to supply-side (seller) expansion strategies
Lead local marketing efforts including influencer activations, community campaigns, and partnership initiatives
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics and Operations) to deliver results and shape the future of your market
Be accountable for both short-term execution and long-term growth strategy in your market
Experience in moving fast: You have 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced client-facing role in a high output environments, like management consulting, finance/banking, or a fast-paced tech company
Sales Skills: You feel confident sourcing and closing a high volume of sales deals to build up the supply of sellers in your market.
Fashion Liveselling Knowledge and Passion: You have a passion for live shopping and fashion trends.
Communication Skills: Persuasive ability to convey Tilt’s unique value to sellers.
Organizational Skills: You have the organizational skills to track targets and pipelines efficiently
