As the Client Partner Account Associate you will: 

  • Account Management: Assist in the management of client accounts, ensuring that all client requests and queries are addressed promptly and effectively.

  • Program Support: Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in analyzing client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations that deliver insights to both clients and internal teams.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with channel teams, such as SEM, SEO, Social, Display, to ensure that client solutions are aligned with overall business goals

  • Client Contribution: Assist Client Partner team with client deliverables and updates on project progress, ensuring that clients receive timely updates on project progress and outcomes.

Professional Qualifications: 

  • 0-2 years of multi-channel digital marketing experience

  • Familiarity with multiple digital platforms and how they work together. Google analytics experience preferred.  

  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.

  • Proficient in analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
